Interest rate change for Your Plan

The Your Plan interest rate will increase from 19.9% to 24.9% from 31st October 2018. This is due to changes in market conditions which has resulted in a review of our current interest rates. 

No. This change will NOT affect existing purchases that you have made or will make before the 31st October 2018. Any items purchased, including those on a Buy Now Pay Later offer, before 31st October 2018 will still be charged at the 19.9% interest rate for the duration of the payment period you have signed up to.

Any new purchases that you make through Your Plan Agreement on or after 31st October 2018 will be charged at the new interest rate of 24.9%.

Your Plan is a running credit product which means you can make multiple purchases over the agreed term. Even if you have a zero balance and have paid down on your agreement, your account is still open, allowing you to make new purchases should you wish to. All open accounts have
received an email/letter highlighting that the Your Plan interest rate is rising from 19.9% to 24.9% from 31st October 2018. So if you choose to purchase a product on or after 31st October 2018, the new interest rate of 24.9% will apply. If you are not planning to make any purchases that’s OK – this email/letter is purely informational for reference.

Recent Purchases

Go to www.YourPlan.online and use the ‘register here link’ to start the registration process again.

Using Your Plan

The "Explore New Plan" feature in Your Plan allows you to see how an additional purchase will affect your monthly payments. Once you are ready to shop simply visit your nearest Currys PCWorld store, taking along the Your Plan ID for your account (found on your agreement or monthly statement) and a form of ID.  When you arrive in store a colleague will assist you in completing the transaction.

You can sign into your Your Plan account and change your personal details in the "My Profile" section at any time.

To change your password, simply sign into the Your Plan dashboard,click on “My Profile” and follow the instructions on changing your password.

If you have forgotten your password, we can email it you a reminder at any time – just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the main sign in page. We will email you within 2 hours of receipt of your request, although it is usually sooner.

Statements

You will receive a monthly statement for your account when a payment is due or has been made in that month.

You will receive your first statement, 2 months before the first payment is due.

Your Plan statements come in e-statement format, you will receive an e-mail which will let you know when your statement is ready to view in your online account management.

Your statement will contain your balance, credit limit, purchase information and monthly payment requirements.

Making Payments

You can make a payment directly using Your Plan. It’s the quickest and easiest method to make a payment to your account. Remember, there are no fees for making overpayments or settling your account early, and you can amend your payment plan at any time. Visit “Payments and transactions” to make and view payments.

Alternatively you can pay using alternative methods which are displayed on the back of your statement letter.

If you set up Your Plan without a Buy Now Pay Later period the first payment is usually collected 1 month after the date of the agreement.

If you set up Your Plan with a Buy Now Pay Later period then the first payment is not collected until that period has ended. We will send you a statement advising you when a payment is due.

We’ll send you a statement before the expiry of your “Special Offer Period”. Your statement will also let you know the balance on your account at that time and the amount you need to settle your account before any interest is added.

By logging in to Your Plan you can see your “Buy now Pay Later” dates.

Yes, Your Plan gives a consolidated view of all your purchase plans and we take one Direct Debit payment monthly to cover all purchase agreements.

You can check what this payment is at any time in your online account management system.

Direct Debits

The quickest way to change your Direct Debit is by logging into the Your Plan dashboard and clicking “Payments and transactions”.

Additional purchases, changes to the number of months you make payments over and overpayments can all affect the Direct Debit amount.

Signing in to Your Plan will show you how much is due each month. We will also send you a statement when a payment is due.

Struggling to Pay

Yes, you can make a payment directly using your Your Plan Online Account Manager. It’s the quickest and easiest method to make a payment to your account. Remember, there are no fees for making overpayments or settling your account early, and you can amend your payment plan at any time. Visit “Payments and transactions” to make and view payments. You are able to make one off payments to reduce your overall balance outstanding and can choose whether to keep monthly payments the same and pay the balance off early or reduce monthly payments in line with your budget.
